Maria opens the app before her shift
Two things changed since Friday: the garden gate code is new, and parking passes now come from the front desk.
Your policies live in a binder, an old email, a group text and your head, and some of them disagree. SourceWyse turns them into one current version, and every shift answers from it.
A private knowledge platform for your staff, built only from what your property has written down or said out loud.
Every fact reconciled, dated, and held once.
About forty facts like this one: checkout, the Wi-Fi password, the plumber on call, the comp limit.
Demonstration data. The fee is one the property sets; SourceWyse never recommends rates. Your confirmation email lives outside SourceWyse, so a change there goes on your fix-at-source list.
On the phone already in their pocket, every shift, every role. It answers only from what your property has approved, and says so when it can't.
Demonstration data. The Verano Inn is an invented 24-room property. Answers are generated with AI from a property's approved documents, and staff confirm anything about money, safety, legal or medical matters against the source.
Every new hire starts from zero, and your best person spends her shift answering the same questions.
Your website, your confirmation email and the front desk sheet give three different checkout times.
You change a fee and half the documents keep the old one.
What your veteran knows is written nowhere, and it leaves when she does.
Something breaks overnight and the person on duty calls you.
Everything below is included at every band, on both products. The only thing that changes between Maria on day one and Rosa in year eleven is who typed the question.
Two things changed since Friday: the garden gate code is new, and parking passes now come from the front desk.
Late checkout on a Sunday for a pet room. Maria has never been asked this.
She edits the fee where she finds it, in the pet policy.
The quiet hours answer came back wrong for weekends.
No source covers it.
A few words and a room number are enough.
Demonstration data. The Verano Inn is an invented 24-room property. Also in the monthly: a report a person reads before it is sent.
Every document here is a rendering of Core. Change the plumber's number once and every card that carries it reprints, and each printed page says when to stop trusting it.
Every department, every version dated, every line traced to its source.
At the front desk and in the office
Tap to call, scoped to the time of day, with who may approve printed beside the number.
On the phone at the front desk
Scan it and the assistant opens already scoped to that area. No sign-in, no search.
On the wall where staff stand
Every quirk of every room, including the ones nobody has reviewed yet.
At the front desk, one per room
First shift, first week, first month. Every line cited, and the holes labeled.
In a new hire's hands on day one
Every band also receives the Life Safety Card: first action in large type, on the closet door and on the phone, and the one surface that still works when there is no signal at all. The printed set widens with room count. Emergency and safety content is always the property's own, approved by the property, and never a substitute for calling 911 or for the property's fire and life-safety professionals.
Most tools sold into hospitality in the last few years went the other way, and front desks have been burned by them. These do not move.
A chatbot that spoke to guests and got a policy wrong cost somebody a review they still have. The narrow version is the one a clerk hired five weeks ago can trust on a Saturday night.
There is no reduced version. Studio and Managed are the same screens, the same Core and the same seven refusals. Room count is the only thing that moves the price.
SourceWyse Studio
Build it yourself. You upload, you rule on the conflicts, you record the interview with your veteran, you publish.
from $149 / month
No build fee. Priced by room count, twelve to a hundred and twenty rooms.
SourceWyse Managed
Built for you by the founder, then run on your behalf. Wherever the property is.
from $349 / month
Plus a one-time build from $2,500, half at signature and half at acceptance.
| Rooms | Studio, monthly | Managed, monthly | Managed build, once |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 to 30 | $149 | $349 | $2,500 |
| 31 to 70 | $249 | $549 | $4,500 |
| 71 to 120 | $399 | $749 | $8,500 |
| Above 120 rooms SourceWyse declines, and says why on the first call. No per-user fees and no annual commitment. Studio includes 10, 20 or 30 staff accounts by band; Managed has no seat limit. More than one property under one signer: full build on each, 25 percent off the monthly from the second. Prices are in US dollars, exclude any applicable taxes, and may change before you sign. | |||
Before the build starts, you write ten questions your front desk actually receives, with the answers you would want given. If the finished assistant can't answer all ten, you owe nothing further and the deposit comes back in full. You keep the reconciled documents and the interview record either way.
The full conditions are in the Managed agreement, which you read before you sign.
One improvement ships to the platform every month, chosen from what real desks across every property asked. For your property: a flagged answer is pulled instantly and answered by a person within one business day, anything you submit publishes within the week, and every policy is re-verified every 90 days.
The Managed agreement adds two clarifications to this commitment, including a defined exception window for illness and travel.
This page summarizes what SourceWyse offers. The Studio terms you accept, or the Managed agreement you sign, set the binding terms, including the guarantee's full conditions, the response commitments and the limits on liability.
A general assistant will answer confidently when your documents don't cover something, can't tell you which document an answer came from, and won't notice that your website and your confirmation email disagree. This refuses without a source, names the document and the date every time, and finds the contradictions before it answers anything.
On a shared platform, with your property's material isolated from every other client's by row-level security enforced in the database itself. An automated test tries to read across property boundaries on every change and has to fail before anything ships. Encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up nightly, never used to train anything.
Occasionally it will be. It never talks to a guest, any staff member can flag an answer with one tap, the answer is pulled everywhere until a person rules, and the fix goes through the property's own exam before it goes live.
The walkthrough is run with the front desk team, not the owner alone, and the monthly report shows exactly what they asked. Staff use what saves them a call to a manager.
One click exports everything, in plain readable files. The reconciled documents are yours. The platform answers whether or not anyone is at a keyboard, and deletion after departure is confirmed in writing.
Every Managed property is built by me and tested against ten questions you write before I start. When your staff flag an answer, I am the person who answers it within a business day. Studio runs on the same platform, with the same seven refusals.
